The product, the complete wheel came absolutely clean and beautiful except for a rim because the packaging was open and the tire plus rim could have been damaged. However, the delivery company DPD is a cheek!!! Wanted to return the tires and the delivery service / pickup service has not managed within 1 month to pick up my tires, every time a stupid note hung in front of the door although you were at home and even took a vacation day at work for the unreliable pickup that did not take place then anyway!!!! Was very angry regarding the vacation day! You can call at dpd also no one because never someone picks up even after 30min on hold and the driver himself could not even German, great!!! If I now know that is sent or picked up with Dpd I will no longer order anything, so you can also annoy customers.
