Unfortunately, there were a few problems with me. After about a week of processing time after receiving the order, my complete wheel set was shipped and arrived 2 days later. So far so good. First of all, I was pretty happy that the processing went so smoothly. Unfortunately, too early rejoiced. After unpacking the wheels I noticed directly at the first rim a dent in the NEW rim (rim edge). Annoying. Thereupon I have turned to the support and those described the problem. After a total of 6 days processing time of my complaint was finally sent a new rim on the part of the manufacturer, unfortunately to the wrong place... According to the support, the new rim should be sent to me. However, this was sent to the assembly warehouse... whereby again a total of 3 days have dragged into the country until the rim finally arrived at me. After a total of 3 weeks, I can finally mount my winter wheels on my car.... The quality of the rims very good and look really very nice on the car. The support on the part of the supplier could be better.
